Pay ranges from approximately $80,800 to $114,800.
Starting pay will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and location/shift assignments.
Ohio has joined the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), which went into effect January 1, 2023.
The NLC allows an RN to hold one multistate license (MSL) in their primary state of residence while practicing virtually or over state lines in 37 other compact states across the country.
