NO EXPERIENCE IN INJECTION MOLDING IS A MUST Are you an experienced operations manager with some injection mold experience? If so, Stanley Electric US is offering a great career opportunity as the manager of our Production Engineering - Molding department.

HOW YOU WILL OUTSHINE:
Demonstrating solid organization skills Being attentive to every detail Exercising critical thinking Solving problems WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing leadership to the Production Engineering Molding Department, ensuring full functionality of the department, high quality output, and smooth operations with minimal downtime by:
Managing the overall activities of the molding department including but not limited to production, processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and repair.
Maintaining a safe working environment.
Providing leadership through performance planning, on-going feedback, and recognition activities, ensuring clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
Achieving department performance objectives (scrap, downtime, productivity, continuous improvement) Developing and implementing long- and short-term goals of the department Assuring compliance with all procedures, policies and work instructions.
Supporting new tooling design and development.
Leading daily communication meetings.
Participating in cost down efforts by researching, testing and implementing new products.

7-10 Years operations experience.
3 years management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience working in a Lean environment.
Strong financial acumen including an understanding of the budgeting process.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting pushing and pulling of equipment.
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
General Office Environment:
(3) hours per day Manufacturing Environment:
(5) hour per day Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
HAZARDS:
Frequent exposure to moving or mechanical parts.
Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
