WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing leadership to the Facilities Engineering, CMMS/AS department, ensuring full functionality of the department by:
Supporting associates in the performance of daily activities.
Providing leadership through performance planning, on-going feedback, and recognition activities, ensuring clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
Overseeing and maintaining Maximo system to provide facility/machine maintenance documentation requirements needed for operations of the company.
Creating and tracking annual Capital and R/M budget and business plans to ensure alignment between department goals and company objectives.
Managing projects and contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and in a cost-effective manner.
Managing and maintaining wireless/landline phone system and accounts and tracking communication contracts to fulfill company needs.
Managing/maintaining Security/Production camera system.
Safeguarding the company's liability by establishing and enforcing work standards and uniform business practices for associates and outside contractors.
Represent a positive image of the company in the community.
Oversee completion of company and facility engineering needs to ensure full functionality of company operations.
Promoting cost savings by developing and implementing utility savings programs.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing new methods and processes.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
4-year degree in Engineering or related field.
5 years of facilities engineering experience
2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, laws, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale facility - related projects
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Competent user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Excessive bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
General Office Environment: 6 hours per day.
Manufacturing Environment: 1.5 hours per day.
Offsite Environment: 0.5 hour per day.
Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training.
Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
HAZARDS:
Frequent exposure to moving or mechanical parts.
Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
While performing the duties of this position, the associate will be exposed to hazardous chemicals and heavy machinery

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
