Key duties and responsibilities...
Leading all sales operations to ensure high levels of performance, rigorous quality compliance and long-term resilience
Managing activity to deliver extra contribution for the company
Leading a support team to manage client experience from beginning to end
Taking measures to ensure continued success and satisfaction
Ensuring there is adequate training delivery for all operational & customer service teams
Setting quality standards, monitoring performance and planning corrective action as appropriate
Ensure a professional standard is set and maintained in order to allow Sales teams to work effectively in a well managed yet autonomous manner
Ensure the team have the right tools and skills to advise clients on the most appropriate route for them to pursue and promote the company's services via inbound and outbound calling, email and scheduled phone appointments
Maximise sales to meet targets and achieve the key performance indicators set by the business, with consistency across all team members
Monitor and report on all key performance indicators at an individual and team level and address variances where necessary
Actively adhere to and promote the highest level of customer service standards and act as an ambassador for the company at all times
Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all the company's services, key competitors, their offerings and the market in which the company operates
Take responsibility for own professional development and self-improvement as well as that of the team.
Take shared responsibility for own professional development and self-improvement, and complete all relevant training

his is a busy and demanding position and it would only be offered to the highest calibre candidates who can demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to meeting both client and business needs whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Experience
Successful prior experience of managing within a demanding, performance-focussed office environment in a telesales and service environment
A demonstrable track record of delivering against performance targets and meeting deadlines
Experience of working with CRM databases is advantageous but not essential.
Attributes & Skill
s Ideally educated to degree level to a 2:1 standard or above
An excellent command of written and spoken English and strong numeric skills are required Possess a friendly, confident and engaging personality, able to communicate effectively and professionally and build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Strong organisational, time-management and administrational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task
Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative - thrives under pressure

Exceptionally high levels of motivation working both independently and as part of a team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
